How is my fare set?
For rides and parcels, Choomiie works out a fare from distance, time and demand. Drivers send offers within a set range of it. You pick one, or we match you with the best offer when bidding closes.
When does the driver or operator get paid?
Your payment stays in escrow during the booking. It is released when you confirm the job is done, or automatically after the confirmation period.
What if something goes wrong?
Report a problem in the app before payment is released. The payment stays frozen while our team reviews it.
What can I move with haulage?
Haulage is for loads of 1,000 kg and more, including containers, timber, machinery, aggregate and bagged goods.
